I was looking on the net to learn how to make oatmeal raisin cookies. I found a good site on you-tube, went to the kitchen and began to bake.I left my computer on in the living room and could the voices of several folks showing off their talent for cooking.I heard this familiar voice coming from the computer so, I dropped my spatula and went back into the living room to check who this was talking. I was really surprised to see Jenny Jones showing people how to make great food. I didn’t know that you were still around and thought that you must have at some point in time just dropped off the face of the earth. Well, let me tell you that I’m so thrilled that you are in fact still around and going strong. I am especially delighted that you are making a difference in the lives of children. The playground that you donated for the kids shows what a big heart you have. You look amazing and I can not believe you are 70—no way—. I hope you are blessed with many more birthdays in the years ahead. Keep up the good work—you are just beautiful.

I’m a St. Thomas, Ontario native and have followed your career since forever. A couple of years ago I found your YouTube recipes and have enjoyed reconnecting with you through watching you work in your kitchen. This afternoon I was looking at your bread and roll recipes and noticed that you haven’t posted any new recipes for a year or so. I started hunting for how I might contact you and found your blog. I was startled when I saw your 70th birthday was last June! but then I’m 61 already and that kind of startles me too! lol
Just wanted to send you best wishes and I hope that you are enjoying your life and taking time to smell the roses. No pressure at all, but when you do start posting again on YouTube, it will be most appreciated!

Cant believe its been so long since I started watching the Jenny Jones show… yes from day one. I was in college back then. Time flies. 😉 Super stoked to find you on Youtube. Recognized you immediately and said HEYYYYyyy!!! Love love love the channel. Found my way here too… now I feel smart 😉 Bucket list… hmmm its on my list to make one… for you my ideas are:
Ride an elephant. They are wonderful creatures. And endangered… who knows how long we will have them.
Get a new hairstyle. This seems to be a go-to for women in transition into a new phase of life… in your case… yer 70’s.
Learn how to paint on furniture. (a la Donna Dewberry… she is amazers!)

Was busy today making your traditional polish cabbage rolls. Me and a neighbor cook from recipes once a week, usually on Tuesdays, and cabbage rolls was something she mentioned a couple weeks ago and I told her I have the perfect recipe and she loves them…yum! ?
