New video

Website News: There’s a new video in the Skincare section! I get asked about my skincare routine all the time so Damon (the best assistant on the planet – no, in the universe!) used his creative skills and put together a great video so anyone can do a facial at home. All I did was take the photos and then keep saying, “Is it ready yet?”  Well, it’s ready and available to view. You’ll see that great skin is about more than using the right products.                          “Junk food has to go……. if you want your skin to glow.”

my response to Rhonda, the only reason I questioned if it was Jenny responding to me was because she was responding in the third person and it confused me. Sorry????????? LOL!!!

My response to sue, mike, teka and kya…No problem. No need to be sorry. It’s just funny because when I read what you said, it made me think others are not going to believe Jenny is posting back a reply. I know how some people can be. My comment wasnt directed to you, so if anyone should be sorry, it should be me…

        wow! that was really nice!

        • Rhonda says:

I can be nice at times. I hardly ever get angry. People who derespect me or even others really gets under my skin. There’s no need to be mean towards others. That’s why I replied back to you because it wasnt directed towards you at all and I felt you thought it was…

Your asst did a great job with the video. You do have really nice, glowing skin. I remember you did something like this on your show and at the end of the video you said something about taking care of the inside too and then you took a big bite of a granny smith apple 🙂
Do you remember the video I’m taking about?
By the way, Jenny…the first picture on this video here, is a good picture of you. Is it recent?

    Take care,
    Rhonda

I do remember doing something on skincare but don’t remember the apple. Wow, you have seen a lot of shows! The first photo in the video was taken at my last photo shoot, about 2 years ago. I’m due for another one soon – maybe this time it’ll have to be a wide shot!

Does Joan Collins ring a bell? I think you had her and maybe a few more celebs on talking about looking young at the age they were. I could be wrong but I think she was on that same show back then when you did the skincare video for your show…
I was a die hard fan. I watched your show daily. If I missed it and the VCR wasnt set, I could watch your show here in Atlanta latenight 🙂
Your show was my favorite. Montel’s show was 2nd best…

        Rhonda

        • Jenny says:

Joan Collins was one of my first celebrity guests – you go way back, Rhonda. Here’s a test for you: What did I wear on one of my Hallowe’en shows?

          • Rhonda says:

            A bunny suit with a carrot microphone…

          • Rhonda says:

Oh and Jenny, I think Joan Collins was on you show twice, with Dynasty celebs and/or maybe Dallas celebs if I’m not mistaken, but I do remember her earlier also. I also remember other celebs. Dana Plato and Todd Bridges was on your show as well and they were kinda interesting to hear from. You carried your show to my liking. It seemed you knew actually what the audience wanted to hear and it was well controlled by you as a host…
Speaking of that, the video you did with Larry King, you are so right in what you say in that interview. No wonder you made it doing stand up. You know what your audience wanted to hear. You were one of the best out there. I wish I wouldve known of you back then I would have came to see your acts when you did stand up. I think I read you did stand up here in Atlanta…

            Take care,
            Rhonda

My favorite halloween costume was the Dennis Rodman. We were rolling when you came out in that!! Always a good time watching your show.

        • Jenny says:

You get a gold star for remembering the bunny suit. There’s a picture of it in the “Pictures Galore”-Scrapbook-On the Job at the Jenny Show. The carrot was my microphone. The suit was sooo hot, I think I lost a couple of pounds.

          • Rhonda says:

Yay!!!, but that question was easy. I can just image how hot you were wearing that suit, Jenny. Was it your idea to wear the bunny suit?
Try coming up with another question that’s maybe a little more difficult for us old timers…lol…Ive watched your show for years and I’m sure there’s a few questions that will stop me and make me think about it or maybe even give up…

I know you like your blog and I think there’s a few of us here that keep coming back posting to you and it’s nice of you to take the time to respond back. I hold alot of respect for you because of the person you are. You’re really a kind hearted person and I love that about you…

I was coming to your site once a month to follow up on your Heroes donation. Now that you have your blog, I’ve be coming back more often. I like message boards and your blog is alot like a message board. I dont really care for chatrooms…

            Take care,
            Rhonda

      • sue, mike, teka and kya says:

alright… that’s it… knock off the comments about your body. “‘I”m the one who looks like she’s bearing twins” No you don’t. You’ve always been beautiful and you always will!

  4. mike says:

Now hey Jenny, you talk about your own father, if you see a man walking down the street with sandles and knee high socks “that’s my dad” what is this about”? If you see Jenny wearing a face mask in public???? Sometimes you just go too far with the humor!!! We Love You!!!!

    Sue, Mike, Teka and Kya

    • Jenny says:

If you see Jenny wearing a face mask in public, she’s probably trying to sneak into a Jerry Springer Show without being recognized. 🙂

      • mike says:

was that a response from Jenny?

        • Jenny says:

Yes, it was me, Jenny. Jerry Springer used to tape in the studio across the hall at NBC in Chicago.

          • sue, mike, teka and kya says:

Hello Jenny! I wondered as a dog lover and spoiler, what kind of canines do you have”? I have two female siberian huskies, Teka and Kya.

          • sue, mike, teka and kya says:

Yes, and than your studio became the Steve Wilkos Show but now they’re all filming in Connecticut. Good thing you got out when you did.

          • Rhonda says:

LOL…I think it’s funny Jenny. People are gonna doubt its you when you respond to a post. I know it’s you by how you talk when you post to someone. I guess Ive seen your show for years and know how you talk to others…
            P.S.
Sorry for my typos in my last post. I was in a hurry and wanted to post back before leaving for work and was in a rush. Had a few mins to get back online…

            Rhonda

      • sue, mike, teka and kya says:

did you ever do that??? I bet that would have been hilarious!!

        • Jenny says:

I love dogs but do not have one right now. And, no I never sneaked into Jerry’s show but I did surprise his audience one day when they were expecting him and I walked out. That was fun.

          • sue, mike, teka and kya says:

            I remember that!

          • Rhonda says:

I know that you use to have a dog, Jenny. Sir Duke was his name. I got that info from your book 🙂
Mike, I would have never thought teka and kya were dog names, but it make sense now. “Huskie names”…
